The North America Massaba Cultural Association (NAMCA) conducted its annual conference in Chicago, on May 26, 2024. Mr. Richard presented the objective, the process and final results of the research conducted on the local language for the North Bugisu area for use in child learning and other local communicate activities. Mr. Richard emphasized that IREAD ECDL is a prime supporter of Early Childhood Development (ECD),  which includes support for the development of local language for learning and to help to improve the livelihood of communities among several other projects.
